She Calls Her Muse "Holly" โ€” It Plans Her Trips and Runs Her Business

**Okay, I have to share this โ€” it's changed how I run my life**

For the last few weeks I've been using an AI assistant called Muse (I named her Holly ๐Ÿ˜„), and I honestly don't know how I managed before.

It's not a chatbot you argue with. It's more like having a ridiculously capable personal assistant in your pocket:

**Personal stuff**
- Planned my entire Berlin + Barcelona trip โ€” flights, hotels, packing list based on the actual weather, even reminders for check-in
- Keeps my calendar organized and nudges me before I need to leave for the airport
- Researches anything โ€” restaurants, eSIMs, you name it

**Getting organized**
- Turns my rambling brain dumps into checklists, SOPs, and documents
- Manages my inbox and drafts replies for me to approve
- Builds trackers for anything I'm trying to keep on top of

**My work**
- I teach property managers how to use AI โ€” Muse helps me draft lessons, build training materials, and create content for my community
- Turns my ideas into structured posts, guides, and workshops in a fraction of the time

The thing nobody tells you: you don't need to "learn AI." You just hand it a real task, in normal words, and it figures it out. Then you tell it what to change and it gets better.

If you're curious how this could work for YOUR life or business, drop a comment or DM me โ€” I'm happy to show you how I use it. No pitch, I just genuinely think everyone should have one of these. ๐Ÿ‘‡

Why it made the cut

Given a name and real responsibility โ€” full trip planning, inbox management, business lessons and content โ€” a personal agent becomes part of how a one-person business runs.
