Chat with Meta Muse inside WeChat — no public server needed

In WeChat's Clawbot, chat with Muse by text or image — no public server needed.

bun start checks the Muse and WeChat bindings in order, guides you through whichever is missing, then starts. Press Ctrl+C to exit.

First-time Muse pairing requires macOS, Bluetooth permission and the Xcode Command Line Tools:

1. Get an SDK Token at https://gadgets.muse.ai/settings/sdk-tokens and paste it when prompted (or provide it via the MUSE_SDK_TOKEN environment variable).
2. In the Muse phone app, open Settings > Devices, turn on Developer mode and choose Add Device.
3. Select the MuseGadgetXXXXXX device shown in the terminal and confirm; for Wi-Fi choose Use current connection.

WeChat binding is a QR scan in the terminal. You can use MUSE_SESSION_ID to specify an existing Muse-side session; the default is the main session.

Supports text and images (an image can carry a caption; anything over ~190KB is auto-compressed to JPEG) in one WeChat conversation. Videos and files get an unsupported notice.

Why it made the cut

A bridge pattern worth copying: pairing happens once (SDK token + Developer mode), then the chat app you already live in becomes the interface. No public server means nothing new to secure.
