"So I sent Muse to fight for my refund" — second call: approved

I paid for parking. The garage refused my car. So I sent Muse to fight for my refund.

Yesterday, I had a great coffee chat with @DavidPawlan in SF. Getting there, though, was a different story.

I was already running late when the valet refused my Tesla because I only had a phone key.

After the meeting, I asked Muse to handle the refund.

First call failed. Customer support needed more details.

Muse came back, asked me a couple of questions, and called again.

Second call: full refund approved.

I didn't have to argue with customer support, repeat my story, or sit on hold.

The best part of AI isn't always saving time. Sometimes it's not having to deal with the annoying stuff yourself.

Why it made the cut

A failed first call isn't the end: Muse came back with questions, filled the gaps and called again. Letting the agent iterate beats sitting on hold yourself.
