Ad-heavy split apps annoyed her — so Muse built her own travel expense splitter

Yuka Ohishi was fed up with bill-splitting apps — ads everywhere, too complicated, or paywalled. So she had Muse build her own "Travel Expense Split": add expenses by hand, or photograph a receipt and have it entered automatically; connect email and Messenger and it can pull in receipts like Airbnb confirmations on its own. She even had it make a custom avatar for her dog Pippi — a little dog working at a laptop. The video shows the app settling up a two-night, three-day trip with two friends, and ends with her encouraging viewers to try building their own.
